The Superior Life® Aluminum Reflector CFL PAR (ALUMA-PAR™) is an efficient way to light sockets once traditionally reserved for incandescents.
They consume up to 75% less energy then a halogen lamp, thereby significantly reducing operating costs. The lightweight aluminum reflector assists in heat distribution which prolongs lamp life, reduces color shift, and improves lumen maintenance in open and recessed fixtures. The warm tone and stipple textured lens provide bright, even light distribution.
End-of-Life Protection
Our ALUMA-PARs™ have built in End-of-Life Protection Circuitry to protect the lamps from overheating at the end their life. CFLs without this technology can potentially overheat to the point where the plastics containing the ballast begin to melt causing health and fire hazards.
